Privacy Policy

insforge ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We believe in plain language, so we have written this without unnecessary legal boilerplate where possible.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you register for whitelist access, contact us, or use our platform. This includes your name, email address, company name, and usage data generated by your workloads.
We also collect technical data automatically: IP addresses, browser and CLI user-agent strings, API request logs, and performance telemetry. This data is used solely to operate and improve the platform.
2. How we use your information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the insforge platform; communicate with you about your account and access status; send product updates and technical notices; monitor platform health and security; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your workload data or model inputs to train AI models.
3. Data storage and security
All data is stored in encrypted-at-rest infrastructure. Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and logged with a complete audit trail.
During private beta, all data is stored in US-based data centers. Enterprise customers may request data residency options.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your relationship with insforge and up to 90 days after account closure. Log and telemetry data is retained for 30 days by default. Backup data is retained for 7 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@insforge.co.
5. Third-party services
insforge uses a limited set of third-party services to operate: infrastructure providers for compute and storage, email delivery services for transactional messages, and analytics tools for platform telemetry. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements consistent with this policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@insforge.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
